      A WeFixPhones Repair Specialist will contact you, go over the newly observed problem(s), and update your estimated cost.

  • How long will it take to repair my device?
      On average your repair will take 3-5 business days depending on the extent of the damage. We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Can I track the status of my repairs online?
      Absolutely! Wefixphones.co offers free repair status updates that are only a few clicks away.

  • How will I know when my device is ready for pick-up?
      WeFixPhones will contact you via your preferred method- Phone call, email, etc. Email is the preferable and fastest way for us to notify you.

  • So I tried to fix the issue myself, and now my device is in pieces?
      No problem! We see this quite a bit. Just make sure you bring all of the pieces with the device when you drop it off.

  • Will WeFixPhones offer a warranty on my repairs?
      Yes we will! WeFixPhones 90-Day warranty covers repairs and parts associated with the original repair. Keep in mind any new damage occurring after you receive your device, is not covered by the warranty.

  • Will the repair void the warranty on my device?
      Unfortunately, when your device sustains damage, your warranty is void.

  • How can I protect my device from further damage?
      Stop by any of our multiple area locations and they will be able to provide you with the latest, greatest accessories to ensure your device will have a longer life.
