90-Day Warranty
WeFixPhones 90-Day Warranty covers repairs, parts, and labor from the date of payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to promptly notify WeFixPhones of any issues related to the original repair. The warranty does not cover any physical, liquid, or other damages incurred after the initial repair.
Repair Terms
When allowing WeFixPhones to run a diagnosis or when placing an order for repair, you agree and understand the following:
It is the customer’s responsibility to back up data, software, information, and other files stored on the device. WeFixPhones is not responsible for any loss or corruption of data and/or software
WeFixPhones is not responsible for any further damage that may occur when attempting to diagnose or repair the device.
When repairing a device, additional damage or issues that are found may cause the repair cost to be different from the initial estimate or quote
Full payment is required at the time of repair.
If device is rendered unrepairable, WeFixPhones will return the device to the owner and refund the remaining balance to the party that made payment.
Any repair done may void the device’s manufacturer’s warranty.
If customer fails to pick up the device within 30 calendar days of being notified of completion, the device may become the property of WeFixPhones.
